As you may know, the SSLMCs website is currently being redeveloped, with a launch planned for July.
Rather than filling the site with stock photography of implausibly cheerful clinicians holding clipboards, we’re launching a photo competition for committee members across our five LMC areas. We’re looking for striking, interesting, or even abstract images that reflect the places we serve and the work we do—whether it’s a quiet moment in a consulting room (with no identifiable individuals!), the light falling across a reception desk, or a favourite local view on your walk between home visits.
Each committee member may submit up to 3 original photos, (JPEG or PNG, landscape preferred) that reflect your local area or life in/around general practice. These might appear on the Committee homepage, alongside area-specific news, or just help give the site some visual personality.
Photos will be grouped by area and judged by panel reps + one external voice. No identifiable patients please.
